Front Desk - Receptionist
Currently Hiring - Full Time 9:45AM - 6:00PM
Friday - Tuesday
(Wednesday & Thursday Off, Weekends required)
16$/hour, PTO available

Cleans and sanitizes all areas of the shop daily.
Serves clients by greeting them, scheduling appointments and maintaining records and accounts.
Answers client questions on social media, over the phone and in person.
Serves as intermediary between clients and artists to facilitate quotes and scheduling.
Assists clients in filling out paperwork and oversees clients in waiting room and retail areas.
Collects deposits and payments.
Runs occasional shop related errands.
We are looking for someone to work the front desk and provide janitorial services. Most of your day would be spent cleaning the same things you cleaned yesterday and communicating with clients. Written communication skills are extremely important to this position. The work is largely solitary and you may spend some or all of your day alone - both physically and socially. You will manage your own daily schedule of duties. The environment and dress is business casual, weekends are required, and payday is every Tuesday.
1+ years of experience in appointment setting / services reception required. Must be experienced with social media, and willing to complete employer-paid training.
Background Checks and class D license (regular vehicle) are required.
